Coverage, source dates & how to use this library

This U.S. index covers common commercial-freight terminology, federal regulation parts, selected state provisions, and official resource desks for all 50 states plus D.C. It is not an exhaustive copy of every federal, state, tribal, municipal or toll-authority rule.

Use each source's current text, effective date and applicability. The index edition is when these links and summaries were compiled, not the effective date of a law or proof that a source is current. Guidance and training manuals are labeled separately from regulations. An unavailable website or an empty registry does not mean there are no restrictions.

State desks provide a review checklist and agency entry points. Detailed numerical limits and escort thresholds must be checked against the current rule and the issued permit. CAMEO Chemicals supports chemical reference and response planning; it does not authorize routes.
